ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT:
Architecture and interior design project from a deep research on the context and the needs of the customer. This is seen through three stages: Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents.
Upon completion of the three stages result in all documents necessary for the physical execution of the work.

 

SUPERVSIÓN ARCHITECTURAL:
Metro architects usually is hired to oversee the architectural part of the work performed by the Contractor. This is to check that everything runs as specified in the construction documents.

 

CONSULTING AND ANALYSIS:
Evaluation and analysis on concept and image projects or businesses that are operating and need improvements, changes and modifications.
